Shipping Policy
I try my best to ship orders as soon as possible. This usually means the day I received a completed order, or, the day after. This means business days – if you place an order on a weekend, or holiday, then it will ship the next business day. Sometimes I'm out of town, out of stock, or something else keeps me from shipping – if it's going to be more than a day or two, I will email you and let you know.
I ship by UPS, so I need a physical street address, not a P.O. Box.
I only ship to the mainland USA. If you're serious, I will ship to Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii... email me for a quote. Shipping to other countries is too expensive – no one ever ordered after receiving a quote, so I no longer give quotes!
Shipping is constantly getting more expensive as fuel prices go up and up and up. I try to keep the shipping charges fair. It takes a lot of work to stock, pack, and ship these bottles. But it's worth it once you have them!
Breakage: Occasionally a bottle will arrive broken. You can call UPS and report it – I give the phone number and instructions on the packing slip. The shipment is insured and the broken bottles will be replaced – quickly!
